At VORVANE, we take pride in the quality and presentation of our products. Please review this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order with VORVANE, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this policy before completing your purchase.

15-Day Return Window

Except for products specifically identified as Final Sale below, eligible items may be returned within 15 calendar days from the date the order is delivered, as shown by the carrier's tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Show no signs of installation, wear, damage, scratches, stains, alteration, or misuse.
Include the original packaging and any accessories or materials originally supplied with the product.
Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase from VORVANE.
Have a return request submitted within the 15-day return period.

VORVANE reserves the right to reject a return that does not satisfy these requirements, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Return Authorization Required

Customers must contact VORVANE before returning an item.

Do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions from VORVANE.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender where permitted by law.

When requesting a return, please provide your order number, the email address associated with the order, the reason for the return, and, when relevant, photographs showing the condition of the product.

Return Shipping

Unless the product was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the return results from an error by VORVANE.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. VORVANE is not responsible for a return shipment that is lost or damaged before it is received by us, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

HERITAGE PRIVÉ — Luxury Leather iPhone Case

HERITAGE PRIVÉ — Luxury Leather iPhone Case is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds based solely on natural leather characteristics, aesthetic variation, or changes resulting from normal use, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

HERITAGE PRIVÉ is crafted using natural leather. Because leather is a natural material, every piece may display unique characteristics.

These may include variations in:

Grain and texture
Color and tone
Natural markings
Creases and wrinkles
Veining
Small scars or surface marks
Patina
Texture placement
Natural darkening or lightening
How the leather develops and ages over time

These characteristics are part of the natural appearance of genuine leather and are not considered defects by VORVANE.

Product photographs are intended to represent the general appearance of the product. Due to the natural characteristics of leather, the exact grain pattern, texture, markings, and color distribution of the item received may differ from photographs shown on our website.

By purchasing HERITAGE PRIVÉ — Luxury Leather iPhone Case, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural variations.

Important Exception for Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

The Final Sale provision above does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

If your HERITAGE PRIVÉ case arrives materially defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product ordered, contact VORVANE promptly after delivery.

We may request photographs or other reasonable evidence to evaluate the issue.

Where required by applicable law, VORVANE will provide the appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy required by law.

Natural leather variations described above, normal wear, patina, color development, scratches caused by use, accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact VORVANE as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product
Clear photographs of the packaging when shipping damage is involved

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Except where prohibited by applicable law, VORVANE may refuse returns for products that:

Have been used or installed
Show signs of wear
Have been damaged after delivery
Have been altered or modified
Are missing original components or packaging
Were damaged through misuse, accident, improper care, or improper installation
Are returned outside the applicable return period
Were purchased from a seller other than VORVANE
Are specifically designated as Final Sale

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, VORVANE will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Banks, credit card issuers, and payment processors may require additional time to post a refund after VORVANE has issued it.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and, if eligible, must instead be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Where permitted by applicable law, customers may be responsible for shipping or carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a package.

Any refund that may be due will be determined after the package has been returned to VORVANE and evaluated.

Abuse of the Return Policy

VORVANE reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse returns or transactions involving suspected fraud, return abuse, altered products, false claims, or other misuse of this policy.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Changes to This Policy

VORVANE may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.

The policy applicable to an order will be the version made available to the customer at the time of purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your Legal Rights

This policy is intended to supplement, not eliminate, consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, applicable law will control to the extent of that conflict, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
